Bug: Error message: This is not a valid user

When I place and order, I get an email with all the order details. There is a link in this email that says "Track your order: View Status". When I click on it, it opens Internet Explorer, and goes to an ebay.in page that simply says "Not a valid user". Where can I report this bug?
