Beware: No warranty for ebay gifts

Recently I got a Transcend 1 TB portable hard disk as a gift from ebay for spending 50k+. But when I opened the courier I did not find any invoice which is mandatory for warranty claims.
I contacted ebay.in CC and requested them to provide the invoice. But the CC lady informed me that Invoice will not be provided at any cost.
Then I sent a mail to ebay CC. Now even after a week I havent received a response.

Indeed its really bad if it happens. Invoice is required for every gift for manufacturer warranty claims.

eBay Promotion Team should note this down carefully.
