Be careful while dealing with GEB. Most unprofessional behavior you can expect from them. They did not provide any shipping details, I sent them a reminder mail, no reply. Once ebay initiated a refund, i called them. One lady took the phone and said it would be in India within 2 days. I demanded shipping/tracking details. She said they do not provide any shipping/tracking details because of technical reason. When asked about day it was shipped, she first replied "Friday" and then changed saying it would be shipped today. I then asked what is the technical reason, she said her seniors would know. I requested to transfer it to them. She was trying to convince about technical details but not giving any reason. Suddenly she disconnected the phone. Immediately I ranged again she did not pick up the phone, after some time another person picked up the phone and redirected to her, initially she spoke to me. When she realized it was me again, she pretended as if she could not hear and disconnected the phone.
