Ebay India support team is being very lazy, I called them Last sunday/ saturday, after filing a ebay guarantee claim for the item on Saturday. They said someone has been assigned when clearly there has been NO progess since!
What LOUSY buyer security has been provided! Ebay.in is going to lose out to competitors like Flipkart that have EXCELLENT buyer security, returns policy and customer service.
I bought a graphics tablet using the Global easy buy program, the seller provides shipping details, but the item details don't change on the tracking website! So later when I threaten to expose his fraudulent actions he says that the item was received cracked from the US seller! WHY WASN"T THIS SAID IN THE FIRST PLACE?! Then he recommends I file for a refund! It was bought on th11th of last month. Am I still safe to get my money back? It's within the 40 day period.

Hi,
Why do you want to settle for a refund which will be an easy way out for the cheater seller.
Make him pay for his mistake by forcing him to replace item with a working piece in which case he will lose his profit.
Dont worry about the delay as long your first complaint is within the 30 days period.
Dont take things lying down- You will hav elot of support from people with similar complaints.
