On 09/01/2014 03:52:59 i have placed an order for two pendrives.After pressing confirm payment button,it displayed Internet connection could not be established error. But the amount Rs.1116 was debited from my SBI account with Transaction Ref no IGP7427989, I haven't received any order confirmation mail from EBAY.
i have talk to customer care executive but they said that they will contact me in 48 hrs ... but there was no response till now..
now i am very much desperate about my money .. any help?
