About Seller Fraudness

The seller is denying to give that item in the amount i won, So plz tell me abt this.
As per the bidding rules listed by the seller and won by the user(hanzala2000)that bid with closed value 24201 on 5th Aug., but now the seller is denying to accept this amount and excusing that it was eBay mistake,But by the rules of Bidding any Item sold on Cutt of Date of closed the seller can not deny to sell that item or can not increment the cost.
As the last bid was closed on 5th Aug with value 24201 and the seller is saying to pay this in amount of INR 30000 for this Item.
So explain how it can be possible after bid has been closed and there was a mistake with that,so as by our regards it can not be the System error,It is an seller excuse or his/her error in this concren.
so lastly we want the item in that amount(24201)
otherwise it will be against and the rules the repo of eBay Inc.and will be liable to eBay Jurisdiction and management.

Generally no seller can charge straight forward extra over the bid/fixed buy price. Only they can charge tax/vat as extra with the same. In some cases like "Shortage in Stock, or Sold outside ebay" seller may void the deal with the help of ebay or by the mutual understanding with the buyer.
If you actually won (over reserve price in case of Reserve auction or highest bid in case no reserve auction) and are ready to pay the bidding price then seller is bound to sold the item.
Seller only can request you to cancel the deal in case seller face huge losses.
If the case is not like the above the better way you can do inform the same to ebay thru "Contact Us" link. You will get proper solution from ebay.
