I had purchased a brand new HTC One X phone from a very reputed seller on
ebay.in,
1. Firstly the seller shipped the item after 20 days which was a violation of the policy itself.
2. Once i got the phone, it was broken and the seller had to take it back from me.
3. I got the replacement phone after 10 more days passed, seeing which i did the seller receipt and his payment got processed.
4. After only 3-4 days of usage the phone started giving problems and was turning off again and again. ON contacting the seller, he said that he will repair it as it was under warranty from him.
5. He promised to arrange a pickup but did not, even after 7 days of waiting.
6. I sent the phone to him on my own cost.
7. It has been 35+ days since then, and the seller has not returned my phone, he does not answer his mobile number (i have 2), the contact numbers i got from ebay are wrong numbers, he has blocked me whatsapp and does not answer his messages.
Whenever I am able to contact him , he will give some excuse of festivals or engineer not being there. .
8. I cant even leave a feedback for this deal as 60 days had passed in this whole transaction. .
This seller has sold me a product of 20,000 rupees and i havent been able to use it for more than 90 days now.
What options do I have 😞
I already reported seller to ebay with no response 😞
