three months are gone but im not get my refund either my claim is approve

Claim I'd-1753152 paisapay id-41962240235 I'm talking with customer care more than 10 time or send email more than 7 time but I'm not get my refund. EBay is rascal company please guy's don't choose this company for shopping.....
