I ordered a laptop battery but the item which is sent is not fitting into my laptop. I asked for ref

Laptop battery I received is not fitting into my laptop and same day I asked to return and refund but after 5 days they called and refused to refund and replace the item.horrible experience. Will never recommend to purchase from this site
