Yesterday I got sms from Ebay that due to unconfirmed transaction of my
order, the refund of RS 14,599 has been initiated. Does this mean my
refund is approved ? or it is system generated? and how much tym it will
take to reflect in my bank account!
This is my first shopping experience with ebay.in and it is horrible for
me.On 6 october 2015 I paid with my Canara Bank debit card. The amount
of RS 14,559.00 is immediately deducted from my bank account and then i
see an ebay's "parallel transactio...
Same thing was happened to me on 6 oct. Amount of Rs 14559/- was
deducted from my account but ebay showed no sign of purchase.I contacted
customer care with date and time, transaction id. And After 3 days i got
sms from ebay that refund was initiated...
Right Now I GOT MY REFUND OF RS 14559/- Exactly after 10 days when my
refund was initiated! and 13 Days when my BALANCE WAS DEDUCTED ! I will
mention here that my bank is nationalised...! THANX EBAY
Try contacting customer care with live chat with your bank transaction
id , date time of purchase! I myself lost Rs 14559 and still waiting for

Pathetic Service from ebay. Today is 16 OCT and yet i didnt got my
