I had opend a claim on 05-12-2014 and no progress till now.Ebay had send
a different product and my money is stuck . it Is almost 10 days i had
paid to ebay Never ever buy anything from Ebay.
i feel it should be from a trusted site bcz we buyer will never know who
is the trusted seller. Ebay should stand guarantee for that but sadly
they are not...
Please somebody help with escalation matrix in Ebay. they are chaeted me
and sice last 15days i am behind them for refund/ Replacement. Everyday
some excecutive will pickup the call and say the same story that they
are worjking on this...... Be caref...
