I purchased Samsung Galaxy S Duos 2 on ebay.
Seller does not provide me VAT paid Bill. When i called him, he did not receive the call.
I register a claim that i want VAT paid bill. After that he provide me two fake bills which have different TIN numbers.
Ebay claim adjuster said me that return item to seller and we will refund you amount.
They are not taking any action against seller and protecting him.
I Want Proper VAT paid bill with valid TIN number.
