As you may know that on July 6, 2022, the estimated delivery time (“EDD”) timeframe was reduced for international shipping, which was rolled back to previous settings on August 21, 2022. Due to the shorter EDD, your items might have not been delivered to buyers on time and the item not received (“INR”) case might have been opened by buyers.

 

We are pleased to inform you that we are working to protect your shipments which have a valid tracking. We encourage you to communicate with buyers updating the progress of your shipments. If your shipments do not reflect valid tracking on the eBay system, then please share the tracking numbers with buyers. You are requested to use M2M mode of communication with buyers in My Messages to help track the shipments/close the INR case. Getting delivery confirmations from buyers will also help to close the INR cases faster.
