Hi guys,
I sold the an item to a buyer on the 23rd July (so nearly a month ago) and have just recieved an email from the buyer that they never recieved the item.
I posted the item 2 days after the paypal payment was recieved and now I am not sure what to do. I do not have proof of postage anymore as I thought they had already received the item and it was posted 1st class. (Plus I have stated upon selling the item that once posted, it is no longer my responsibility) It has been nearly a month and this is the first notification I have recieved from the buyer that they did not get the item. I am not sure what to do???
The buyer wants their money back or the item, but I dont want to refund the money since I did ship the item! The buyer only has 7 feedbacks and Im not sure whether this a scam to get a refund when they have already recieved the item. Can anyone offer any advice on the what to do?
