I sold like new iphone 5s to a seller. Buyer received it on wednesday. Next day i asked him to update that item has been received but i didn't get reply. Exactly after 2 days of receipt of item on friday, he says that item has dents and scratches and IMEI number is not same as that shown on box. So i was stunned ? I have sent the item thru premium service by paying rs,1200 to courier. It's like openly doing fraud !!!
I asked the buyer to send pics of phone he has received on my whatsapp but he is not sending that.
For Security sake, before sending the phone, courier has taken pics of condition of phone, IMEI numbers on phone and on box. So i will show them if needed but why such fraudents exists on ebay ?
