powership problem

Hi Guys,

Recently I have been offered PowerShip feature.

The Problem is when I do READY TO SHIP the AWB number is different than what courier pickup guys give me.

Due to this the item does not turn into SHIPPED and DELIVERED since it is incorrect AWB.

When I spoke to ebay call centre they said will highlight the issue and asked me to send email. I did but not got any  revert from eBay.

Please assist me...

hi for powership enabled seller courier pick up guy will not provide any AWB# just mark ready to ship and print the label. System will generate the AWB# automatically. Just print the manifest and hand over one manifest copy to the pick up guy and keep one copy with you of the same and take one signature from pick up guy. Thats all the package will be get connected.

No need to take any separate slip from the pick up guy.
