I have dropped a mail to inlogistics and to  regarding the parcels which were send in wrong weight slot.

Its been almost 10 days, those people have not even bothered to acknowledge the mail even after continous reminders.

I have been overcharged for many parcels, and I just wanted the team to have a look into this matter and solve the problem.

But it seems that now a days ebay is not taking sellers queries and problems seriously.

If buyers face any problem, we are forced to take actions immediatetly. but what if seller is facing problem.

I am very sorry to say, but I have never experienced such negligence and bad service on Ebay earlier, this is for the first time our problems are ignored like this.

Please take action against such incompetent team members who do not even bother to reply to queries.

Really disappointed with the service we are provided and no one even cares.

What can we really do
