please help, buyer trying to scam me by sending different item

scammed me by sending totally different item back.

he swapped my item for some cheap quality item and sent me that cheap item with damaged retail packing box (looks old)

please help me out what i should do.

iam seriously worried about this and i dont want to lose hard earned money  😞

Do not expect any help from ebay. They refunding the amount to the buyer before your product reach you.

No worries. Its a long shot but now you have to work hard to get your money back.

Call the Trust & Safety team and raise a claim against the purchase. They will ask you to send them pictures of the item returned. Send them what they ask for and every 3 days keep calling them to check on the status.. eventually they will cover you under seller protection if you really have been scammed.
