paisapay invoices errors

i have an issue regarding my paisapay invoices and COD remittances, there is some mistake made from ebay paisa pay COD team. i wrote and complained many times ( apprx 15-20 times ) for this issue still its not resolved even after 3 months. on my feb paisapay invoice there is a claim adjustment entry given in last   which is deducted and charged twice on my invoice ( amout 23.688.48 )


i contacted customer care on 2nd march for this issue but they assured me it will revert back on my next remiitance cycle. but i didnt received the amount back, i called again on 9th march, again there is no action taken for this. now 3 month is over i didnt received any single call or email from ebay for solution of this issue it still pending. on 19th may again i called and reported this issue to customer excecutive vikas. he assured me this will resolve before my next remittance cycle which was due on 25th may. but still not received.

 

now after 3 months issue is still pending, still i have not received the amount back.  i have not expected this from this reputed ecommmerce portal.
