Hi,
The below 2 payments which i had paid against my selling fees have still not been reflecting in my account summary.
Please update as soon as possible and find the details of the 2 payment.
1. I have made an invoice payment for JULY 2014 of Rs 1000/- yesterday (05 Aug 2014), but it is not reflecting in my account summary. I have contacted ICICI BANK and they said that the payment is successful and also given its reference number and payment ID. #
2. The due payment for MAY 2014 INVOICE of Rs. 3533.7 has been made on 31-May-2014INR), but this is still not updated into my account summary till date. It's 2 months and 6 days now. I have contacted ICICI BANK and they said that the payment is successful and also given its reference number and payment ID.
I contacted customer care several times and also mailed them many times but of no use....
Please make a note of these payments and update my account summary as soon as possible.
