buyerhas left a negative feedback for item. first hi mail saying its quality is not good but its best in this price band. then he said its packet seal is broken but we have not mention any thing about the box of item as some time box are not available and can be wholesale or retail packing. I do not think this should be a reason for negative feedback. we are also ready to refund and return but no response from the buyer. we would also like buyer to remove negative feedback. coz item is working 100% without any problem. Also suggest any solution from buyer with 0 rating to stop buying from our shop many time these new buyers with 0 rating leave negative feedback to get refund and never return items
