hi, one day i recived bellow mail

To appeal this restriction, please review the following guidelines:


Need to resolve buyer issues Please submit all of the following information by e-mail. 1) Proof of Identity: - A readable copy of the driver's license, front *and* back, or other government-issued ID. (Pan Card/Voter Id/Driving License) 2) Proof of Address: - Documentation clearly showing your current address. This can be one of the following: - a copy of a recent credit card statement (a copy of the actual credit card is not acceptable) - a copy of a recent bank statement - a copy of a recent utility bill (mobile phone bills are not acceptable) 3) Proof of Merchandise - Invoice or bill for any items you may have listed on eBay (Apple accessories) This can be an invoice from your supplier, a tax invoice or any other documentation that indicates ownership of the items. We would require the invoice or bill of the items listed by you from your suppliers. - If you are a manufacturer, we would require a few more documents / photographs of your manufacturing Unit with yourself in the photograph. Please clearly have your USER ID displayed within the photograph. If you have multiple products, please use one photo containing all items. No stock images will be accepted. - If you are a trader, kindly provide the 2- 3 invoices or bills of the items listed by you from your suppliers.

Please reply to this email after the above requirements have been met, and we will begin the appeal process. Also, please be aware that we may ask you to provide additional information to appeal this restriction.

We appreciate your cooperation in resolving this matter as quickly as possible. We look forward to working with you to restore your selling privileges.

Your remittance for PaisaPay transactions has been kept on hold

Your current listings that offer PaisaPay will not be affected, and you can continue to offer PaisaPay on your listings. However, any PaisaPay payments you receive will not be transferred to your bank account.
