Both are good.I like the weekly chek of PaisaPay no question asked,fast and efficient.PaisaPay is going to become popular internationally in future.That is my prediction.

Yes both are good , paisapay is good in terms of payment released , weekly payment is very good option in it but slow in payment acceptance.

where as paypal is good for high volume sellers , to India chack takes 15 to 25 days to reach , but it is very fast in accepting payment .

For international sales paypal is very good .

You cannot add paypal in your item listings on ebay.in, you can just use the words that you accept paypal and later coordinate with the buyer to pay to your account for the sale price which is in most cases US Dollar. But as far as possible go with PAISA PAY! Its more convenient and faster method of receiving payment.
