Becoming a premium seller on ebay is not so easy, first start selling and see the response of the buyers, tie up with good couriers to give fast shipping at cheap rates, learn to make good and neat listings with good photographs then see where you go. Unless and until you have some advantage over other sellers selling the same thing as you, you will not be able to survive on ebay,
Ebay has lots of restrictions for new sellers so if you have dealership or distributorship of some product then it will easy but if you think that by selling 2nd hand items you will become premium then think again and whatever number of items you sell, ebay does not give 1 paisa discount on anything.
