one of ebay buyer residing from canada/usa bought my 2 different designed sarees.
and given me indian address to send sarees.
i have sent saree on the same day she paid (as my routine job to dispatch on same day)
her mother who live in India received this saree and she told the buyer (us/canada) the simmiler color and fabrics sarees are available in 1000-1200 Rs. in India, why you paid 6500 for two ?
then the buyer demanded 30-40 % of total amount back,
I told mam i sold about 30-40 pcs in both design as well in India and as well in foreign countries, none of them complainted me about quality.
then she messaged me that you are cheater,,,,,yeda,,yeda,,, finaly i was agree to give her 2000-2500 Rs return, then she opened case "Item not as described"
friends now tell me what to do ??
