help understanding complex fee structure

i want to start selling LED lights on ebay, and this is what i understood 

item sold at Rs.                    1000
paisapay fee (4.5% +tax ) = 50
final value fee (7%) =            70

shipping charge  =                50 (not sure for this just a guess)

amount left                              830

according to this selling on ebay will cost me 17%  more then selling directly 

is my calcluation correct??

does every one sell at approx 20-25% higher price then cose price? (do they have such margin)
