buyer trying to cheat me , please hel

a buyer purchased a spy item from me and i sent him a perfectly working product.

now hhe opened a claim and returned the product back to me , but missing earpieces  which are the most important item

in the package 😞

without earpieces the package is useless.

clearly i spoke to buyer that he has not sent the earpieces back , but he is lying and says he has shipped it too.

please advise me what to do now ??

Call eBay Customer Care ASAP. If the amount is still not refunded and is with eBay, you can raise an issue and solve the matter. If the money is refunded, there's nothing you can do.

P.S When shipping these type of products, take an image as a proof.
