all items from selling & store has been removed without any reason

Our userid is premdiamonds & from last 5 days, we cant view are products which were selling. All are items are removed from selling in auction as well as store category without any notice or any email & it has done lot of damage to our bussiness. There is no ebay fees outstanding, then what is the reason for removing the items from selling.

ebay has not even mailed the single email for removing the items. ebay email help link is not direct to contact customer support & live help is useless & no phone contact service

for ebay seller fees, ebay staff is contacting on phone before 1 month of the due date & for helping the sellers, there is no phone service.

Dear premdiamonds ,

A Sellers listings are pulled down due to report by some other member.....maybe your competitor or someone who is aware of committed violations.

You seem to be a serious Seller.

You are quite right that ebay must inform the Seller.

A four hour warning before pulling down the listing may help a lot. The sincere Seller would immidiatelt rectify the mistake and avoid un-necessary hassels.

But even after the listings are pulled down and no reason is forwarded .......it becomes very frustating as the Seller cannot relist without knowing the facts.

I hope ebay would do something about this.
