What to do with newly registered buyers who spam bid on listings?

I am sick of people registering on ebay just to bid on a listing and when they win, they don't bother communicating or paying up.
Of course there exists a genuine batch of people who register to bid genuinely, but their presence is one in a million.
Shouldn't we like post the address and contact number of such scammers publicly?

Same here, just yesterday I sold a used phone for 20100 and today the buyer says he cannot pay and is asking for a discount. What a waste of time and my listing fees too. This is the second time this has happened to me this month for my both my items listed for sale. The previous time the buyer simply refused to pay saying he didn't see the product while buying it!! Go figure. He was a 0 feedback guy and my today's buyer is with a feedback score of 3. I guess this is the last time I am selling on eBay India, what a waste of time and money. I have been member here since 2001 and its sad to see eBay India's fake and scamming buyer standards.

Auctions don't work well on eBay India. Switch to the BIN format.
