A buyer boght my product with multiple ID's and now raised a wrong claim on me, the consignment weight is showing as 270 gm and buyer claiming as he received only 70 gm, please suggest me hwst to do now

if you have allowed a buyer to purchase a single product using multiple ids then it might be troubelsome
contact ebay call them .
