Want to start a ebay store?

I am from mumbai and I want to open a DVD store on ebay? like sports, langauge, computer software etc. But I don't know where to get these DVD's at the wholsale rate so that I can offer them at the competative price. Please if any one knows where i can get these DVD's at the wholesale rate?

Iam new 2 Ebay.
I would like to sell some products on ebay,but i dont know where to start from.Do i need to register as retail business .
What r the legal issues like permits,business ID registrations ect tobe completed before registering with Ebay.
