Hi Everybody,

Some clarification on search functionality and Difference in eBay and Baazee feedback

Search Functionality: Some users have complained that their products are not searchable. We will like to clarify that it usually takes 2-12 hours for an item to become searchable. If you try to search an item immediately listing it, you might not be able to find it.

Difference in Baazee and eBay feedback ratings: Some of you are concerned that your eBay and Baazee feedback are different. As you might know that users can still access Baazee site to complete the items that were closed on Baazee. This will include sending payment & shipment details, filling SNC and giving feedback. We will like to give as much time possible for users to give ratings, and then we will be migrating all the ratings from Baazee to eBay.in.

I have listed two items (271109352780 & 271109355594) on 23rd November, 2012 around 11 PM in the Winter Wear section. However, these two items are not showing in search results till date. Its been more than 7 days. Can anyone help me?
