I have tried to sell my used mobile phone in ebay through online auction. Two times some buyer bid the item and won it. But they have not paid the amount. There are several such cases where non-serious buyer place high bid to block other serious buyer's bid and end up not paying for it thereby causing loss to seller. e-bay should take some action to stop such practice like banning for life such non-serious buyer's ID for taking part in any future auction. Another option to take deposit through paisapay from buyer before they bid for any item. In case of non-payment, they will lose the deposit. Without such drastic measure, there is no other way to control these corrupt buyers in a corrupt country like India.
