Item **** is pirated torrented games. Even after I asked eBay to look into it, they failed to find any policy violation in that listing. Isn't selling any kind of pirated and **bleep** software strictly violating policies. The last time I tried to list my original Windows 8 with bill, eBay took down the listing saying I am violating their policies and this item is selling pirated games, which is clearly mentioned in the listing too, still eBay is OK with it.
This is double standards on their part.
