Selling manager Pro Fraud by Ebay

I had downloaded selling manager pro when I received a cold call from ebay customer support to try to tool. The tool was advertised as a free tool for one month.
Obviously since I have never been able to sell or buy anything, and rarely visit the website, I though I can just try it and it will get deactivated automatically.

However I have been invoiced directly regarding the extended use of the tool for over 380 rupees without any intimation what so ever that the selling manager pro tool trial is over and billing period has been initiated.

I was on a tour of Delhi during this time and rarely look at e-bay since I had no access to internet.

Should Ebay not intimate the users before invoicing them?

I would like to post this issue at all forums possible including review site and magazines/papers about the fraud.
