Selling Duplicate Goods? Ebay seems silent

Hi,

Lately I saw some school punks selling
"Looks like Nokia N8"
"Looks like Samsung S3"
"Galaxy Note Copy"

And similar chinese/replica phones. Even branded duplicate shirts (I happened to buy some).

Ebay should suspend the sellers imo, and if it can't atleast ask for address and identity proofs of the sellers before letting them sell.

Isn't it crazy to pay 1000 bucks and get a replica Peter England shirt made of Polyster!?

eBAY SEELS DUPLICATES SAMUSUNG PRODUCTS TOO

I have purchased Samsung Galaxy Grand Duos worth Rs16000 and they delivered duplicate product.

Never purchase with this site..They are big frauds.

eBay is a safe place to buy and sell items. Once you report the listing eBay will investigate immediately and then have them removed if found to be correct.

Sellers KYC form are submitted to eBay.. seriously you dont think eBay has no info about the Seller is it? they even have the sellers IP address.
