If Seller says in his listing that he can send shipments only through Bumika couriers and requests Buyers to verify if Bumika couriers is available in Buyers area and if Bumika couriers service to Buyers area.
Few Buyers knowingly/unknowingly buys the item and Bumkia couriers won't serve their areas.
In this case, Seller refunds money or money gets refunded after deadline. Then, seller will be charged around 250/- per refund transaction as penalty by paisapay, right?
