I have purchased a used Minolta lens from ebay.
The tracking option says that it has completed the customs clearance process on 02.12.2015. I am yet to receive the item. The cost of item is US$ 50 only which I have paid using paypal. I am ready to pay the taxes if any. But I am yet to hear from the customs authorities. In case, if it is not reaching me in time, can I demand ebay to refund the money through buyer protection of ebay.
I have placed another order from Japan for another lens and it is also in Delhi customs. The second lens costs me US$ 30 only. I am willing to pay tax for the same. but I have no clues when I can hear anything from them.
Is there any contact number. Will they help us if we contact them over phone.
How many days are needed to receive an item after customs processing?
