I am selling solar products in ebay, since 3 months, i am happy with this, but i am getting problem with customers, while i sending products in transport it has damaged, so that i am sending new one, but the customers are not sending damaging products even though i told them i can pay shipping fees, but no use, till now i have issues with 4 customers, how can i solve this problem, ebay people told they have to contact customers and customers are not giving any response. hope ebay would take some action on this kind of issue.
