This is the issue.
I already printed shipping labels and shipped the item. Unfortunately, the item was returned aback to me because the courier guy could not find the address.
Now I want to ship the item again using a different courier company. Hence I want to print the shipping labels again. But I cannot find from where to print it from. I went to the paisapay order id page and in the "items pending action" section, there is no option to print the labels like it was earlier.
The ebay system disables the printing option for a particular order once it is shipped, Does anyone have a solution for this problem.
