Any one facing issue with powershi COD couriers. Most of my COD orders are getting returned by courier stating either courier was not avaiable or declined to take the delivery. Returned rate is close to 30% of COD orders.
Anyone else facing the same issue, is there a solution to this? Unfornately I haven't seen an increase in sales due to COD but believe even normal buyers have shifted towards COD . Its a wastage of time and money both as we are spending good time in packaging, spending money and have to carry extra stock too.
