I am an ebay seller, who got his account suspended. This post is about the charges levied on me by paisapay.
I was selling big bazaar vouchers for 1025rs. Paisapay paid me for 6 vouchers, and then blocked my account and refunded money to all the buyers afterwards. However, the total charges I paid are 1856rs. Here's the mail I sent them.

This is regarding paisa pay invoice. I am a seller and my account was suspended in January. All the buyers were refunded their money.
Now, my invoice for Dec 08 is showing I was charged only 276.41Rs, whereas by the time that invoice was sent, my account was still active, and I paid Rs.1856.19 as the invoice. Besides, out of the 1025 x 6 = 6150rs, you deposited only Rs.5873.58. It seems you have already deducted the charges before giving out the money, as 5873.58(deposited money) + 276.41 (Invoice amount as of now) = 6150. Therefore, please refund my Rs.1856.19, details of which are as follows:

Regarding your second concern about seller fees, I see that your December invoice was generated for Rs. 1856.19 against which you made a payment on 5th January 2009. We have received the payments and this is also reflecting in your account, currently there is no due on your account.
Regarding your concern about the PaisaPay charges for 276.42 for the cycle of 01/01/09, please be informed that before remittance, the PaisaPay charges are already deducted and then the remaining amount is sent to your bank account.
Selling fees is generated once in a month and its charged separately from PaisaPay charges.

For second issue, effectively, I have been charged 1856.19rs for payment of 6150rs, which is too much. First 20 listings are free as per paisapay policy. That invoice was made as per my then listed remittence. But as afterwards my account got suspended and money refunded to all the buyers, total remittance made to me is 5873 only.
So are you saying that paisapay is charging 30% fees on remittance?
