On 3rd of Oct I ordered a ps3(code:221291896721 PaisaPay ID:34733569418)from eBay via PaisaPay COD. Its 14th and it's still not shipped. I talked with the seller. Every time getting the same reply that it's shipped and I will receive it soon. No awb no. or courier company name was provided. On 12th i received a mail that stated that a refund was initiated by PaisaPay! what sort of nonsense is that. Refund in a COD? they gave me a waybill no. which cannot be tracked even now. Now I am tired of it. I am looking forward to buy a ps3 from some store nearby. In that case I am going to return the the shipment if and only if it is delivered after ages.. will I have to pay some penalty? Is there any way to officially cancel it
