one of my customer has placed a negative feedback and now she wants to remove that feed back .please let me knoe process as she has already kept message to ebay.

feedback removing

Dear Buyer,

As per our telephonic conversation you were ready to give us follow up.

Now this is a request from our side to you that kindly remove the negative feedback by just following these steps:

1st: Go to community and click on discussion board

2nd:In the left side click on feedback forum,

3rd: Under feedback tools (In the right side)- click on the Follow Up to Feedback Left.

4th: click on the action and please only write there that "i want to remove this feedback".
