On the one hand Paisa-Pay/eBay has a "Marketing Tip" that says:
Use good judgment when accepting cheques or Demand Drafts as payment for high value items. Before shipping the items, check with your bank to ensure that the payment method is valid, and the funds have cleared and are available.
On the other hand Paisa Pay only clears the funds when the item is delivered.
In our case, the payment is cleared by Paisa Pay, after the item is confirmed "delivered".
Unless I am missing something. Paisa-Pay does not know that they are consciously providing a "Marketing Tip" which is incorrect advice being given to mislead sellers.
