New to Ebay and looking to Sell

I want to sell Items....

However I have few questions as below:
1. Do ebay have courier service. In how much time they deliver products after shipping. How much I need to pay for other states than my state.

2. How much charges are for listing an item.....I heard 1st hundres are free. In 1 listing how much product i should put ...1 right?

3. What if buyer not confirming receipt of product...How will I get my payment in those cases....

Ebay Powership (Logistics partner charge as per weight, min 250 gm)

Listing is Rs 2/- per item for 30 days, when you open a shop.

Remittance is max 15 days, even if buyer does not confirm
