Negative feedback for unpaid item

Buyer has left a negative feedback for an unpaid item. Till now I have not receievd clear payment from buyer. Can anyone help me in removing the feedback? Thanks for your help in advance.

Please call ebay customer care immediately and they will connect you to trust and safety team Immediately it will be removed. You can contact through chat also.

Dear Sir,

You need not to worry and also you do not need to call eBay at all.

If you do not get the payment in 4 days, Open the Unpaid item case and it will be removed automatically.
