Yesterday I received the dreaded MC011 and MC064 mails from eBay, I would like to get in touch with an Account Manager to know how to proceed, but how do I do that?

Can anyone please let me know how to get in touch with my A/c Manager?

I think MC011 and MC064 Notices are related to Verification of the seller (ID Proof or Business Proof) and ownership of items which seller is selling.

I think you have violated eBay Policies and user agreement.

Read the email in detail. You will come to know.
