My listing is copied by turningpoint2009

Hello friends
we do lot of hard work in making the listing but there are some seller who are power sellers
who just copy our images and also copy HTML including our photo bucket image. my photo bucket image in description is copied by turningpoint2009

just right click on image and see the image URL or image location u will find it and if u check his listing my id name is clearly mention as Reliable Enterprise in 3 Image
my item number is 320582416061 and turningpoint copied my item number are as follows

and there are many more image which he have copy from some one else photo bucket.he have copied from many other seller

I wrote to a mail to inrswebhelp@ebay.com and this is the reply i got from there

A BIG JOKE.
You know once your reply to their email indicating about the images what will they say?
It's stock images & anyone can use it.

I am a jewelery seller & I click images of my products, once someone have copied my images & when I reported the matter I also received the same reply as yours. When I replied to them that these are my own images, their reply was stock images can be used by anyone.

Since stock photos do not belong to us, we have no right to watermark it, as it belongs to the company. Only photos that we shoot with our own cameras can be watermarked.

As per coping the description & html, it is indeed a serious issue and must be reported by clicking on Report Item link.

There is a similar incident,once a seller was using my images so i reported the matter to Ebay TNS ,besides that i also emailed the seller to stop using my images.
The reply from TNS was "There is no similarity between the images".
The reply from the seller was" i am very sorry ,i was not aware of the Ebay rules,I will not use your images from now on".
