Dear sir I purchased a watch named *** from Ebay on 16/09/2015.My paisa pay Id is-***.I received this watch on 26/09/2015.After that I saw that it was a cheep chinese Rs 250/- watch.Its functions are not working as user manual says.After detailled examination I found that its body looking like original bur all its parts are duplicate.I emailles seller told to calim ebay.
On 27/09/2015 I claimed which reference is ***.After that I call customenr care more then 20 times but everybody says your complain will solved within 2 days.But today after a month my complain not solved.What can I do.I mentally disturbed from one month.Please do something.Help me.
